I wrote these terms to match the site that is actually online. You can read the pages, link to them, and email corrections. You cannot treat a guide as a promise that a price or a patch is still true tomorrow.
What you are using
overthehill.run publishes guides to the game over the hill. The operator is reachable at [email protected]. Funselektor Labs Inc. makes and sells the game. Buying, refunds, and downloads happen on Steam or on a console store, not here.
Facts are dated. A price checked on 16 October 2026 can expire when a discount ends. If a page and a store page disagree, the store page is the checkout. Community stats are labelled on the page that uses them.
Words, pictures, and liability
Our sentences are ours. The game title, the studio name, and the screenshots belong to their owners. We host local copies of official Steam screenshots so the pages do not depend on a hotlink. If you are a rights holder and want a shot removed, email the contact address with the URL.
The site is provided as information. We do not warrant that a guide will fix a crash, that a vehicle stat is final, or that a link will stay up. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make from a page. Privacy and cookies are on the privacy policy. How we correct errors is on the editorial policy.

Can I copy a guide?
Ask first at [email protected]. Short quotations with a link are fine. Do not republish whole pages as your own.
Who owns the screenshots?
The game’s images belong to Funselektor and its partners. We use them to illustrate the guides and will remove one on a valid request.
